This seasoning was long used to relieve digestive issues, like indigestion and nausea, while generally fortifying the digestive tract.  Coriander essential oil can also be used to detoxify the body and is excellent at relieving pain and stimulating the nervous system.  For this reason, along with the oil's stimulating scent, coriander is beneficial to energizing those who feel weary from fatigue or exhaustion.

Coriander is blended to perfection with bergamot, sandalwood, and lime in this recipe, three energizing oils that'll lift you up when you're dragging.  The oil can be used both to relieve muscle aches and pains from our increasingly sedentary lifestyles, as well as to bottlerocket you from that sedentary lifestyle into fast action and exercise.  Great for a case of the Monday Blues.

Ingredients:

  • 175 mL Almond Carrier Oil
  • 10 drops Lime Essential Oil
  • 12 drops Sandalwood Essential Oil
  • 12 drops Bergamot Essential Oil
  • 15 drops Coriander Essential Oil

Directions:

Enhance energy and uplift the spirit by blending all ingredients in a glass jar or container until well combined.  Massage into the reflex points of the feet or in a full-body massage.
